My blue haired Little T...

Yep..here's my little sweety!! The other day, she informed me that she wanted to dye her hair blue. In all honestly, I could care less if she went around town in bright blue hair. I like to let my littles make up their own minds about how they dress and look (as long as its not offensive!) My friend gave me a great tip about using watercolors and they wash right out. Let me tell you this, my Little T is on cloud 9 right now. She loves her new hair...and I have to say, I'm diggin' it too:)

Wisconsin Dells

Recently over Spring Break, the family took a wonderful trip to Wisconsin Dells. This is the second year in a row, where Michael and I have both taken the week off, as well as the children. It is such a wonderful time, everyone enjoys being together, without distractions. Last year we headed to Tennessee to visit some friends and family. This year we stayed closer to home and headed to the water park for two nights. The kids were so excited for this, although they didn't quite know what to expect. Well, let me tell you, the Kalahari Resort did not disappoint any of them. There was a huge indoor waterpark, an indoor theme park with rock climing, rope course, go-karts and more, a movie theater and lots of restaurants. Every day the kids could decorate cookies at snack time and partake in a coloring contest. Sunshine won that on the second day and received a bag full of goodies as her reward. She was pretty proud, that little artist of mine!!! We all played till we dropped, and made wonderful new memories!! It was a great trip with my family!

The Makeover...

Yep, when the big kids are away...the littles like to play. On this particular day it was makeover day, all courtesy of our sweet Little T. At one point, Louie was putting so much lip gloss on that it was literally dripping from her chin. All I could do was sit by and giggle..and giggle..and giggle some more. Aren't they lovely??? Okay, okay, maybe I am biased on this one. But, even with the layers upon layers of hideous blue eye shadow, they still are my beauties:)

Finally...A SNOW DAY:)

Finally, a snowday..and it was on leap day, what a special treat. The kids were all so excited to bundle up and play out in the freshly fallen fluff! I have to admit that I enjoyed the day just about as much as they did. There is something very cozy about being snowed in, drinking hot chocolate and piling mittens on heating vents. I love days like these....thank you God for snow days!

Moxie sat by the snowman all afternoon. I'm wondering...do you suppose she thought it was a REAL person??? No matter, we all thought it was very amusing:)
