Yep...something magical about that very first snowfall of the year. But...it gets so much better when the first snowfall is actually a great big snowstorm. The kids were in snow heaven, playing and laughing all day long. Grandma Carole was over to babysit since it was our anniversary, and she was quick to join the kids outside:) The boys were also eager to trade out their skateboards for their snowboards. This house is such a blessing, we had to trade in our hill at the old house, but gained an even longer one here for our boys to slide down...God is good:) Now I just have to deal with the depression in the home with all of this beautiful white stuff melting as quick as it blew in. I keep trying to remind them that we still have a very LONG season ahead of us...very long indeed...it is Minnesota afterall!!!!
